All my printing is done on a flat bed press. The fine paper is either put through the press damp or dry. On most of the pieces I've used printing inks on plexi-glass, using this as my canvas. These plates are run through the press several times. Each time I add or manipulate them as I go. I've done some experimenting, running real beets through the press, collage, and Xerox transfers to glitter! My images are all very different from one another. I have worked on different themes and processes as I approach a new day of printing. I print in private studio in Brooklyn and Santa Fe.

I grew up mainly in Glen Head then in Middle School I met my “Sea Cliff friends” and fell in love with the art vibe of Sea Cliff. In college I went on to study graphic design, became an art director and worked in NYC for years. Soon after my children were born so came cancer. Using freedom of expression in art…came healing with mono printing. When time allowed, I drove into Crown Heights Brooklyn to print. In addition, once a year for 4 years I booked 2 days of studio time to print in Santa Fe, New Mexico. My love for works on paper was born and has evolved over the years. As much as I would love to be doing fine art all the time I have a day job as a real estate agent.
